I’ve found that nearly all my clients come to me without a business plan, which is something you must have for your business. A business plan is like the foundation to a home; without it the house can’t stand but, with it the house remains strong enough to weather a storm. Let’s chart out a renewed path for your business by discovering where your business is, and where you want it to be.

Brand Evaluation

Once we make changes on the inside of our business, the outside needs to reflect our new ideas. Does your brand need to be refreshed and rejuvenated? We’ll take a look at your business from all sides and determine how your brand should reflect what your business is and the experience it provides. Then, we’ll take the necessary steps to update your business brand.

Marketing & Social Strategy

You can’t gain business if no one can find you! In order for a business to be successful, it must have a solid marketing strategy. Let’s take a look at what your goals are for your company, and what you want your marketing to achieve. We’ll cover traditional forms of marketing and how to leverage social media in a way that makes your voice unique. I will evaluate your social media strategy and help you elevate your social presence.

Pricing, Services & Sales

Having a solid brand, a business plan, good marketing skills and a developed strategy won’t work unless your business makes money. We will work together to develop a pricing strategy that makes sense for your unique business and helps to reach your personal financial goals. We will also work on proven sales techniques to help you boost your client retention rate.

Systems & Process

If you are just “winging it” day-to-day without any systems or processes to run your business on both the front end and the back end, your clients are noticing. Developing systems for your business not only keeps you together, but it streamlines the experience for every client. Let’s develop procedures for your business so you can manage your time better and give your clients a wonderful experience.

Client Experience

Our client experience has been instrumental in the success of my business. Let’s develop a unique experience for your clients is what sets you apart from your competitors. We’ll work on how you interact with clients, what you provide and how you provide it, so the experience your clients have is in line with your brand. If you’ve noticed difficulties in working with your clients recently, it’s likely due to a combination of poor systems/processes and not delivering on the client experience you promised in the sales phase.

The process begins with an extensive questionnaire and business examination, learning about your current business structure, clientèle, goals, and annual revenue. We’ll delve deep into your level of growth and determine unique ways for you to achieve your goals, expand your business, generate revenue, and enhance your client experience. Mentorships last anywhere from 6 months to 1 year depending on the type of mentorship and how quickly you are able to do the work.

Mentorship Portal: Our communication management system allows us to work together in an organized space to propel your business forward. The mentorship portal has valuable tools to keep us on track, such as business idea generation and progress tracking, goal setting, marketing strategy with reports on progress, obstacle identification and much more. We can even track your current clients, create financial projections and keep tabs on your leads (and where they’re coming from!). Our mentorship portal is more than just a place to communicate– it’s a valuable tool to keep your business organized and profitable.

Weekly Chats: We touch base each week either by phone or an “in-person” virtual meeting to discuss current strategies, problems you are facing, ideas we are working on, client issues and so much more. These weekly meetings keep us on the course to achieving your business goals.
